What will be your daily tasks?

  • Ensure everything related to office operations runs smoothly
  • Close cooperation with the HR & Operations team
  • The main point of contact for our employees and clients
  • Help the People Ops team with meetings scheduling and organization
  • Organizing of company events (team buildings, meetups, breakfasts, happy hours etc.)
  • Attending the regular meetings (stand-ups, ops meetings, HR meetings etc.)
  • Errands (post office, repair shops, gifts shopping etc.)
  • Order stationery
  • Travel agenda (booking flights/hotels and other necessary travel arrangements)
  • Administrative fun (scanning, copying, organizing and other paperwork)
  • Administrative support with accounting (basic accounting experience welcome!)
  • Communication with local authorities

Requirements

  • Spoken and written English (you will work in international environment)
  • At least basic knowledge of Czech language (you will deal with local authorities)
  • Proactive and friendly communication
  • Organized type of person
  • Administrative experience (at least basic knowledge of accounting/finance/HR)
  • Interest in social networks and marketing
  • You’re a creative problem-solver! We have bunch of ad hoc tasks
  • Startup mindset & proactivity & willingness to learn new things
  • Patience & flexibility :) you won't exactly know what your day will look like
